Allan is a finance executive with 30 years' experience — more than 26 of them in senior leadership as Group Financial Controller, Head of Treasury and Chief Financial Officer — transforming the financial and operational performance of complex, multi-market organizations across the Caribbean. As CFO he restored governance through leadership transition, led enterprise-wide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems migrations, and negotiated structured financing that eased working capital and strengthened liquidity. In treasury and group-controller roles he built reporting and risk-management systems, drove year-over-year EBITDA growth, and delivered six-figure annual savings in foreign-exchange costs. He has also served in governance as a Trustee and in Chairmanship roles, and began his career in audit with a Big Four firm.
A Certified Treasury Professional and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados and the ACCA, Allan founded ACH Consulting — and built CrediPulse AI — to bring corporate-grade financial foresight to the small and medium-sized enterprises that need it most.
