By accessing or using our website, tools, or the CrediPulse AI™ platform (together, the "Services"), you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02. Who may use the Services
The Services are intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or over who are authorised to act on behalf of a business. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and your own (or that you are authorised to provide it).
03. Free tools, assessments & results
Our website offers free tools such as the Financial Readiness Assessment and the Financial Health Checklist. These produce indicative, automated outputs based only on the information you enter.

- ▹They do not constitute a professional opinion, audit, valuation, or assurance of any kind.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the ACH Consulting Inc and CrediPulse AI™ names and marks, the brand narrative and its two symbols, the design, and the underlying tools and platform concept — is owned by ACH Consulting Inc or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual-property laws.
The following are trademarks of ACH Consulting Inc: CrediPulse AI™, Financial Health Check Score™, What-If Simulator™, Cash Conversion Check (CCC) Tracker™, and the Banker & Lender Readiness Report™.
You may view and print content for your own, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Services, or use our names, marks, or brand assets, without our prior written permission.
05. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

06. CrediPulse AI™ platform
Access to and use of the CrediPulse AI™ platform may be subject to separate service terms, subscription arrangements, and a data-processing agreement provided at sign-up. Where those terms conflict with these Terms in respect of the platform, the platform terms prevail. Your privacy is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

The Services may link to third-party websites and services (for example, scheduling, email, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
08. Disclaimers & no warranties

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ACH Consulting Inc harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. The courts of Barbados have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
